Job Responsibilities
- Monitor portfolio distribution, concentration, and assess risk levels across products, geographies, and programs.
- Evaluate portfolio performance and identify associated risks.
- Engage in direct discussions with customers to evaluate their repayment willingness and capacity.
- Compare budgeted credit losses against actual losses, monitoring early warning signs and recommending policy adjustments as needed.
- Oversee adherence to credit underwriting policies and frameworks.
- Initiate appropriate flags and proposals in alignment with various categories and schemes.
- Ensure timely processing from application inward to sanction, adhering to turnaround time (TAT) standards.
- Conduct thorough examination of all customer documents and internal/external verification reports; report any negative findings in writing to the Assistant Credit Manager (ACM) or reporting manager.
- Lead and supervise a team of Credit Processing Assistants (CPAs), tracking their performance and productivity.
Eligibility and Requirements
Candidates must hold at least a Graduate degree and possess strong knowledge in credit management within the housing finance sector.
