Role Summary

  • Act as an on-set runner during shoots by preparing equipment, managing call sheets, coordinating with talent and crew, and overseeing shoot logistics alongside management.
  • Source and manage props, wardrobe, styling, and products to guarantee brand consistency and timely preparation for shoots.
  • Assist with vendor and supplier coordination by obtaining quotes, booking freelancers and locations, and sustaining relationships with regular production partners.
  • Address on-set challenges proactively, escalate significant issues to management to ensure seamless production flow.
