Role Overview

The Coordinator, Integrated Marketing is a key part of the Detroit Promise Marketing and Communications team. The role supports the planning and delivery of integrated marketing efforts that build brand visibility, deepen stakeholder engagement, and help advance organizational goals.

This position helps coordinate multi-channel campaigns, partnership marketing, and community engagement initiatives. It also supports digital platforms, assembles marketing assets and resources, and uses performance data and audience insights to improve marketing outcomes and the overall digital experience.

The coordinator works closely with internal departments, vendors, agencies, community partners, and other external stakeholders to keep campaigns moving smoothly, maintain timelines, support creative production, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Support partnership marketing and community engagement activities.
  • Help manage digital marketing platforms and related content tools.

Qualifications

  • Clear communication and strong collaboration skills for working with internal teams, vendors, community partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with WordPress or another content management system is preferred.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools, project management software, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, marketing analytics platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing best practices is an advantage.

Schedule and Work Arrangement

This is a full-time role with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Remote work is available on some occasions.
