Tanjong Beach Club is a unique venue combining a restaurant, bar, and club located on Singapore's prime beachfront. Guests enjoy fresh coastal cuisine and artisanal cocktails alongside panoramic sea views in a lively poolside and indoor setting. Responsibilities
- Prepare and stock the cooking stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Perform mise-en-place by prepping food items in advance for service.
- Cook menu items accurately following standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the station and properly manage leftover food.
- Handle inventory and stock management responsibly.
