About the Role

The Contract Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in building the foundational Customer Operations team at Figure. This position involves full ownership of high-volume recruitment for Customer Operations roles that directly impact both the customer experience and organizational growth.

This role requires managing a fast-paced candidate pipeline, engaging and assessing applicants, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to efficiently progress hiring. It offers meaningful responsibility, visibility, and the opportunity to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes within a dynamic fintech setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes for a large volume of Customer Operations positions.
  • Source, engage, evaluate, and secure qualified candidates to meet staffing needs.
  • Maintain and organize a robust pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to clarify role requirements, assess candidates, and expedite recruitment.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, from initial outreach through offer stage.
  • Utilize ATS and sourcing platforms to monitor candidate progress, document feedback, and track hiring metrics.
  • Create, distribute, and refine job postings on multiple external recruiting channels.
  • Analyze recruitment funnel data to identify improvements for candidate flow and conversion rates.
  • Develop and sustain candidate pipelines for frequently hired and priority roles.
  • Support and promote structured, objective, and consistent hiring procedures.

Candidate Profile

  • 1 to 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume, customer-facing, or operations roles.
  • Effective capabilities in sourcing and candidate engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage a large volume of candidates with thoroughness and promptness.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (such as Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (including LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Professional and clear communication skills for interaction with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to advance multiple hiring activities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable leveraging recruiting data and metrics for continuous process enhancements.
