Position Overview

As a Content Creator and Social Media Manager, you will take full ownership of elevating our brand’s digital footprint across multiple platforms. This role entails overseeing the entire content journey—from ideation and production to publishing and engaging with our online community—to ensure all content aligns visually, conceptually, and strategically with our brand identities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, film, and edit high-quality photographic and short-form video content that matches the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
• Confidently perform on camera for various formats such as reels, TikTok videos, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes segments.
• Create static and animated graphics for social posts, advertisements, email campaigns, and promotional materials utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Generate both organic and paid content that fuels marketing initiatives and drives revenue.
• Customize and optimize video and photo content formats to best suit each social media platform.
• Craft engaging advertising creatives for paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging digital spaces.
• Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to align creative output with campaign goals and strategies.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine and enhance creative content for improved engagement and conversion rates.
• Manage and grow SUGARED + BRONZED’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Yelp.
• Plan, maintain, and execute strategic content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Stay informed on trends, updates, and cultural events to keep content innovative and relevant.
• Interact with the brand community daily by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions, fostering strong audience relationships and growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in content creation, graphic design, or social media management.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing applications like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Demonstrated success producing both organic and paid social media content on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong writing abilities with careful attention to maintaining brand voice and detail.
• Experience managing content calendars and multitasking across projects promptly and effectively.
• Must reside in Los Angeles, CA, and be willing to travel to various market locations as needed.

Compensation

The salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 to $90,000 annually, located at our corporate office in Santa Monica, CA.
