Role Overview

Telescope AI is seeking a Compliance Administrator to serve as the cornerstone of compliance management within the company. This position focuses on ensuring compliance operations function seamlessly, maintaining vital records, policies, and reports aligned with regulations pertaining to AI usage, the financial services industry, and brokerage partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise and current compliance records, registers, and policy documents, ensuring easy accessibility.
• Coordinate preparations for both internal and external audits by compiling necessary documentation and managing timely responses.
• Assist in fulfilling compliance reporting duties, delivering clear and accurate reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee compliance workflows by tracking tasks, deadlines, and approvals to prevent oversights.
• Address and route client and partner compliance inquiries efficiently with guidance from the compliance team.
• Support the maintenance and circulation of compliance policies and procedures as they evolve.
