NxtWave is a company based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, specializing in Education Administration Programs. Our hallmark is the successful placement of candidates, and this role is key in ensuring each placement is documented and showcased promptly and accurately across multiple channels. This position involves managing the process that transforms placements into visible proof by coordinating with alumni, internal teams, and vendors, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all placement data is accurately recorded daily and fully complete before initiating further steps.
• Engage in meaningful conversations with placed alumni to document their journey, obtain their consent, and capture photos.
• Coordinate and publish LinkedIn posts from alumni profiles within 3 to 4 days following the initial contact.
• Organize testimonial video shoots, liaise with the video production team, and guarantee final videos are live within 12 days.
• Request placement posters from the design team and maintain a turnaround time of 2 to 3 days.
• Distribute placement content consistently across multiple platforms, including the company website, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp communities, and paid media according to a fixed schedule.
• Proactively share significant content with the Performance Marketing team ahead of their requirements.
• Oversee the alumni community development, facilitating connections between placed alumni and prospective learners to build trust in collaboration with Sales teams.
• Plan and co-manage alumni meetups every 2 to 3 months, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience from start to finish.
• Generate 2 to 3 authentic learner reviews daily across various platforms.
• Monitor the company's reputation by swiftly identifying and addressing negative reviews in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Submit detailed outcome reports bi-monthly and keep process documentation up to date to ensure no knowledge gaps.
• Manage and support two Community Development Associates reporting directly to this role.
• Occasionally represent the community on camera, maintaining professionalism even without performance experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience in community management, marketing operations, or program coordination.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel, with solid data handling skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and telephonic interactions.
• Experience in EdTech preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to juggle multiple parallel tasks without losing focus or context.

Preferred Attributes

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, including documenting every process and updating trackers without prompting.
• Empathetic when interacting with alumni, ensuring conversations feel personal and valued rather than procedural.
• Comfortable coordinating with several teams simultaneously (6-7 at a time) and following up proactively to remove blockers.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp communities, understanding their workings even if not directly creating content.

Additional Information

This role is distinct from social media management or placement counseling. It requires proactive ownership of outcomes without waiting for instructions. Employment includes a three-month probation period before confirmation as a full-time employee. The position requires on-site presence in Hyderabad. Equal opportunity employer*
