Position Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our Commercial Operations team. This role is crucial in enhancing user adoption, automating workflows, and ensuring our Salesforce platform serves as the single truth for customer and sales pipeline data.

In compliance with Saudization policies, preference is given to Saudi nationals for this vacancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Salesforce configurations such as user profiles, permission sets, roles, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and record types.
• Handle data imports, perform updates, clean data, and resolve duplicates to maintain data integrity and reliability.
• Oversee system performance, user engagement, and adoption rates, proactively identifying areas for enhancement.
• Serve as the main contact for all Salesforce-related queries, issues, and system improvements.
• Convert business needs into efficient and scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and sustain reports and dashboards that assist in monitoring sales activities and executive summaries.
• Support management of leads, opportunities, accounts, and pipelines within Salesforce.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security protocols, and data governance standards.
• Maintain all user documentation, training materials, and procedural guides for Salesforce operations.
• Provide onboarding assistance and ongoing training sessions to empower Salesforce users.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in promoting user adoption of technological platforms.
• Between one and three years of practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Possession of a Salesforce Administrator Certification or currently pursuing it.
• Deep knowledge of system processes, data models, permission levels, and access controls.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem resolution capability, and communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic, verbal and written.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience supporting Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success functions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• Advanced Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator.
• Background working in fast-growing or dynamic environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, and reporting functionalities.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Go-To-Market processes—Sales, Marketing, Customer Success.
• Capability in data governance and quality management.
