Overview

Goulburn Valley Libraries invites applications for the role of Cobram Library Coordinator. This permanent part-time position is located at Cobram Library, one of eleven libraries in the Goulburn Valley network serving communities across three municipalities. Cobram is a riverside town of around 6,600 residents, known for its relaxed lifestyle and location in Australia's prominent food bowl.

Position Details

The Coordinator will lead a small team to provide engaging, customer-centric library services to Cobram and neighboring towns. Responsibilities include managing daily library operations, offering exceptional customer service, and designing and implementing programs for community members of all ages. The role also offers opportunities to build partnerships with local groups and collaborate with colleagues across the wider Goulburn Valley Libraries network, contributing to efforts that support inclusion, lifelong learning, and community connections.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: One Saturday in four, 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Compensation aligns with Band 4 A pay scale, ranging from $69,014 to $71,435 annually (pro-rated for part-time hours), plus superannuation.
