Job Overview
The Cloud Kitchen Manager is tasked with overseeing the entire functioning of the cloud kitchen. This role demands ensuring timely food preparation and dispatch while upholding high standards of quality, strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining hygiene, precise inventory control, and monitoring team performance to meet operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to guarantee smooth workflow.
- Track order progression from receipt through to dispatch effectively.
- Maintain Kitchen Preparation Time (KPT) at or below 5 minutes.
- Ensure orders are dispatched within predetermined target timelines.
- Address operational challenges especially during high-demand periods to minimize delays.
- Enforce Priority Dispatch procedures as necessary to expedite orders.
