About AISAP and the Role
AISAP is a healthcare AI company dedicated to enhancing real-time diagnosis and clinical decision-making via advanced ultrasound technology. We are looking for a diligent Clinical Deployment Specialist to assist hospital and health system clients in onboarding, implementing, adopting, and continuously using our AI-driven ultrasound platform. This position suits a candidate who blends clinical knowledge with strong relationship-building and project execution skills, collaborating closely with frontline clinicians and leadership to ensure effective deployment and sustained value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all customer onboarding and implementation processes across hospital and health system accounts to guarantee successful platform activation and launch.
- Provide comprehensive training and continuous support to clinical users to foster confident and effective platform use within day-to-day workflows.
- Establish and maintain trusted connections with physicians, nurses, sonographers, clinical educators, and hospital leadership.
- Promote clinical adoption, boost utilization rates, and identify workflow enhancements that maximize benefits for customers.
- Collaborate with customers post-launch for optimization activities, including refresher trainings, gathering feedback, and expanding usage.
- Spot opportunities to expand platform use within existing healthcare organizations.
- Serve as the customers' advocate by working closely with internal teams across product, sales, clinical, and operations functions.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, implementation milestones, training results, and follow-up activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience engaging with hospitals, health systems, or clinical teams in roles related to customer-facing implementations, training, clinical applications, or customer success.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively interact with clinical staff and senior-level leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to executing tasks and accountability.
- Self-motivated individual capable of independently managing multiple customer engagements and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability and willingness to travel across the assigned geographic area, typically involving visits to customer sites.
- Residency in or near the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
- Open to part-time employment arrangements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background as a sonographer, ultrasound educator, clinical applications specialist, or similar clinical role involving imaging or point-of-care ultrasound.
- Experience in ultrasound, cardiology, POCUS, medical imaging, digital health, or healthcare technology sectors.
- Proven track record supporting complex health systems during implementation or adoption processes.
Compensation
The role offers an estimated base salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 yearly, commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
