About the Role
We are seeking a confident and client-oriented Client Service Executive to join our expanding team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This full-time position requires working from the office and focuses on delivering excellent communication and fostering strong client relationships while ensuring smooth onboarding and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and communicate effectively with prospective and current clients.
- Understand client needs and provide clear information on company services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee prompt support for clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM systems or Excel spreadsheets.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Meet daily and monthly targets related to client engagement.
- Generate basic reports regarding lead progress and client feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication abilities in English and at least one regional language such as Malayalam or Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and capability to build client rapport.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A positive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
Eligibility
Applicants should possess any Bachelor's degree or have completed 2nd PUC. Both fresh graduates and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in customer service, sales, telecalling, or client management is advantageous but not mandatory.
