About the Role
The Client Advisor (Operations) plays a key role in maintaining seamless back-of-house procedures in compliance with Louis Vuitton's brand standards. This position focuses on optimizing operational efficiency to empower the store team to dedicate maximum time toward delivering exceptional client experiences aligned with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
Primary Duties
- Maintain impeccable stock inventory organization, ensuring all product and packaging stockrooms are orderly and functionally arranged.
- Oversee delivery processes by preparing and replenishing stock swiftly and precisely.
- Guarantee availability of the appropriate products on the sales floor to enhance overall store operations and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams and manage the "My Product Request" system to enhance product availability and meet customer demands effectively.
- Leverage post-sale service opportunities to strengthen client relationships by managing repair requests, coordinating repair procedures, and ensuring client follow-up.
- Handle quality issues diligently, ensuring resolutions align with brand standards.
- Fully integrate into the store team by participating in daily briefings and contributing toward store objectives.
- Support client advisors by optimizing staff allocation according to customer traffic flow and adapting operations to client requirements when applicable.
- Continuously develop expert knowledge of Louis Vuitton's products and uphold the highest brand standards concerning behavior and grooming.
Requirements and Profile
- Previous experience is preferred in retail, hospitality, or service industries.
- Excellent communication abilities combined with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong eagerness to learn, motivated by a passion for Louis Vuitton products, services, and fashion trends.
- Quick adaptability coupled with a proactive, client-focused attitude.
- Professional temperament, demonstrating curiosity and empathy in client interactions.
- Availability to work retail shifts including weekends and public holidays.
