About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and meticulous Cleaner to service residential rental properties by performing comprehensive cleaning tasks including move-in/move-out cleans, rental turnover, and preparing homes for listing. Our company is a full-service leasing partner leveraging proprietary technology to help landlords reduce vacancy periods and streamline tenant screening. We handle all aspects from listing to move-in, distributing rental units across MLS and multiple other platforms.
Key Duties
- Visit residential rental properties to carry out cleaning appointments and turnover tasks.
- Conduct thorough residential cleaning consistent with company standards.
- Clean all areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, hallways, appliances, floors, surfaces, cabinets, and fixtures.
- Remove dust, dirt, debris, garbage, and any leftover items as needed.
- Wipe down counters, sinks, mirrors, doors, baseboards, and frequently touched surfaces.
- Perform floor care including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
- Clean inside appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, washers, and dryers when required.
- Identify and report areas requiring extra cleaning, junk removal, maintenance, or repair.
- Document before-and-after conditions with clear photos and videos.
- Provide detailed notes and clear updates after each visit.
- Maintain professional communication with landlords, tenants, applicants, and team members.
- Follow company guidelines, checklists, and property access instructions strictly.
Typical Cleaning Tasks
- Move-in and move-out cleaning.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of residential cleaning protocols.
- Availability of reliable transportation for site visits.
- Possession of necessary cleaning tools and supplies for appointments.
- Ability to work autonomously at residential rental properties.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a high-quality camera (iPhone 13 or equivalent) to capture clear images and videos.
- Competence in documenting work clearly through notes and visual media.
- Professionalism, punctuality, reliability, and a keen eye for detail.
- Capacity to follow instructions, cleaning lists, and access directions precisely.
- Respectful and clear communication with all stakeholders involved.
Preferred Experience
- Background in move-in/move-out or rental turnover cleaning.
- Experience preparing rental properties specifically for marketing and inspections.
- Ability to notice and report damages, maintenance issues, pest problems, or safety concerns.
- Independent fieldwork experience within property management, leasing, cleaning, or home service companies.
