About the Role
ARDEM Data Services Private Limited is a prominent Business Process Outsourcing company focused on delivering superior data processing and business transformation services internationally. We are seeking detail-driven professionals with 1-2 years of experience in US logistics or claims processing, who value quality, analytical reasoning, and remarkable customer service, for a remote position working night shifts.
Role Overview
The Claims Processing Analyst will be charged with meticulously reviewing, validating, and resolving various types of claims with accuracy while adhering to prescribed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role demands strong analytical skills, document examination, effective email communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and validate freight, shortage, damage, delay, and transportation claims ensuring compliance with client standards and SOPs.
- Verify accompanying documentation such as Bill of Lading (BOL), Proof of Delivery (POD), freight invoices, shipment records, and other evidential material.
- Assess the completeness and correctness of claim documents, identifying any missing information or inconsistencies.
- Maintain comprehensive, audit-ready records.
- Manage client email inboxes by prioritizing and assigning claims, professionally responding to queries, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Meet and exceed daily production and quality benchmarks including Turn Around Time (TAT) and other client service levels.
- Collaborate effectively with operations, quality assurance teams, carriers, client points of contact, and management for smooth process execution.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory, excluding BA degrees.
- Practical knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, email handling, data validation, and documentation analysis.
- Experience in US logistics claims processing, including freight, transportation, shipment exception claims.
- Preferred exposure to insurance or healthcare claims processing is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work in permanent night shifts.
Performance Standards
- Consistently achieve 100% on-time delivery and accuracy.
- Meet all cycle time definitions, productivity targets (PPH), and turnaround times (TAT).
- Adhere strictly to client service level agreements (SLAs) with zero negative feedback or internal escalations.
- Maintain excellent attendance and a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.

Additional Details
- Work schedule is permanent night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST, Monday through Friday.
