Role Summary

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Legend Holding Group is a pivotal strategic leader responsible for shaping the company's technology vision, overseeing digital transformation, and enabling enterprise-wide technological advancements. Reporting directly to the Group CEO and Board, the CTO leads the technology roadmap, platform development, cybersecurity strategy, and data-driven innovation initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and implement comprehensive technology strategies aligned with organizational goals, cultivating a forward-thinking environment supported by ERP, CRM, AI, Cloud, and app ecosystems.
• Direct delivery and integration of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and digital platforms ensuring scalability and seamless operation across consumer apps and business units.
• Maintain and optimize secure, stable, and scalable IT infrastructure and architecture, including vendor management to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives, developing a robust security framework based on risk management, incident response, and regulatory compliance in accordance with UAE and international standards.
• Oversee development of data strategy, analytics, automation, and AI-driven initiatives to foster predictive insights and improve decision-making cycles.
• Manage technology budgets and investments, measuring ROI and driving cost-effective modernization aligned with financial targets.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and innovation within technology teams across business units to drive engagement and leadership excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering required; Master's degree preferred.
• 12 to 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior or executive roles.
• Proven expertise in ERP, CRM, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity leadership with a track record in risk management and compliance programs.
• Experience in automotive or mobility sectors is an advantage.
• Strong skills in strategic and hands-on technology leadership, platform management, cybersecurity strategy and governance, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Performance Indicators

• Technology roadmap execution and innovation adoption rates.
• ERP rollout success, system uptime, integration accuracy, and adoption metrics within three months.
• IT infrastructure uptime, service level agreement (SLA) adherence, and cost optimization statistics.
• Cyber incident frequency, mean time to detect/respond, compliance audit scores, and security training participation rates.
• Automation ROI, data accuracy, analytics uptake, and cycle time improvement.
• Financial target achievement including budget adherence and ROI on technology investments.
• Employee engagement levels, attrition rates, and leadership development milestones.
