Job Overview

Clomoso Technologies Pvt. Ltd., part of Hustle Hub, is hiring a Chief Marketing Officer to own the marketing direction for the business. This is a full-time leadership role based in Bengaluru, India, focused on growing the brand, accelerating customer acquisition, and supporting expansion into new markets.

Role Summary

The CMO will define and execute the organization’s marketing vision, guide brand development, lead demand generation, and oversee digital, product, and corporate communications efforts. The role calls for a seasoned marketing leader with the ability to scale teams and marketing systems in technology-focused or SaaS environments.

Core Responsibilities

You will be expected to shape marketing strategy, manage the brand, improve demand generation, and ensure marketing activities are tightly aligned with business goals and revenue outcomes. The position also involves leading cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, HR, customer success, and senior leadership.

Performance Focus

Success in this role will be measured through metrics such as marketing-driven revenue contribution, MQLs, SQLs, customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, brand awareness, website traffic, conversion rates, campaign ROI, digital engagement, customer retention, and overall marketing ROI.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing or Business Management is preferred. The role calls for 10–15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership position. Experience in IT services, SaaS, software development, AI, cloud solutions, or digital technology is strongly preferred.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should bring strong expertise in strategic marketing, brand building, growth and product marketing, demand generation, digital campaigns, performance marketing, analytics, and corporate communications. The role also requires hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, along with a data-driven approach to decision-making and leadership.

Preferred Background

Experience in B2B technology marketing, enterprise software, SaaS products, AI and automation solutions, cloud services, digital transformation consulting, global campaigns, or startup/high-growth environments will be an advantage.
