Job description
Position Overview
We are offering a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position with a $100,000 start date bonus, set within a supportive culture emphasizing work-life balance. This role involves working alongside an anesthesia team comprising 4 MDs and 11 CRNAs, delivering care across a broad case mix including general surgery, OB/GYN, ENT, urology, orthopedic, spine, vascular, robotics, and gastrointestinal services.
Work Environment
The facility features 5 operating rooms, 1 obstetrics suite, and 2 endoscopy suites. The medical center does not involve trauma cases, transplants, high-acuity pediatrics, cardiac surgeries, or burn cases. CRNAs support physician anesthetists with backup call. Work schedules vary between 8, 10, 12, and 24-hour shifts, structured across a 4-day workweek, covering approximately 4,500 annual cases with around 800 obstetric cases yearly.
