Job Overview
We are looking for a Certified Clinical Perfusionist to join our team in Dubai. This role involves managing heart-lung machines throughout cardiac surgeries and collaborating closely with cardiac surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure patient safety and procedural success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up perfusion equipment before surgical procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and machine parameters during cardiopulmonary bypass.
- Regulate blood flow and oxygen delivery to maintain patient stability.
- Conduct maintenance and sterilization of equipment following operations.
- Coordinate effectively with surgical and anesthesia teams to optimize patient care.
Requirements
- Certification as a Clinical Perfusionist is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of cardiopulmonary bypass techniques and equipment handling.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail during critical procedures.
