Position Overview

Key Duties

• Welcome customers warmly and courteously upon arrival.
• Efficiently handle all transactional processes, including merchandise deactivation following the Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) program.
• Actively promote Walmart's sponsored offerings such as credit card services, product protection plans, and charity initiatives.
• Assist customers by bagging and helping load their purchases.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the register through careful cash management, strict compliance with company policies, and situational awareness.
• Refer specific service or transaction issues to the Customer Service Manager as needed.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.90.
