Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and interact with customers
- Accurately conduct transaction processes
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of checkout areas
- Prepare and reconcile cash reports after each shift
- Adhere to company policies regarding loss prevention and health and safety
- Perform additional duties as needed to support smooth store operations
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Strong customer service aptitude
- Ability to swiftly and effectively resolve issues
- High attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods and occasional outdoor work
- Experience with cash register systems is advantageous
- Familiarity with lumber and building materials is a plus
