Job Summary
The Cart Attendant plays a vital role in creating a positive first and final impression for customers visiting the store. Responsibilities include collecting shopping carts from the parking area, using equipment to transport carts inside the store, and ensuring carts are clean and sanitary. This position requires a cheerful and resilient approach regardless of weather conditions.
Compensation and Schedule
- Hourly pay ranges from $14 to $27, guaranteed to meet or surpass the minimum wage for the location.
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and situational premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour based on factors like schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks. More than one premium may apply simultaneously when criteria are met.
- Employment is available on full-time or part-time basis with mid-shift and closing shifts offered.
