Role Summary

The Career Coach will assist professionals experiencing career changes by enhancing their personal branding, improving interview skills, and managing job offers. This position suits individuals with tech industry experience who have a passion for coaching and personal development. The coach works one-on-one and with groups to build client confidence and marketability in competitive job environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group coaching sessions tailored to various career stages.
• Offer detailed feedback on resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and personal positioning strategies.
• Prepare clients for interviews, including both behavioral and technical assessments.
• Support clients in articulating their achievements clearly through storytelling and quantifiable outcomes.
• Identify and help overcome psychological or confidence barriers impacting client progress.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously refine coaching methodologies and educational content.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience within the technology sector, preferably with leadership, hiring, or mentoring background.
• Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment processes, interviewing strategies, and candidate evaluation methods.
• Ability to transform complex professional experiences into concise, engaging narratives.
• Outstanding communication abilities, including empathy and attentive listening.
