Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the employee camp to guarantee a clean, safe, and comfortable living space.
• Manage room distribution, occupancy logs, and employee check-in and check-out procedures.
• Perform regular inspections of lodging facilities and coordinate maintenance, cleaning, pest control, and utility services.
• Ensure accommodation facilities meet company standards, hygiene protocols, and local regulatory requirements.
• Address employee accommodation concerns efficiently and professionally to support their wellbeing.
• Enforce discipline within the camp and uphold company accommodation policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Maintenance, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) teams regarding accommodation matters.
• Maintain detailed records on occupancy, maintenance activities, incidents, and camp operations.
• Monitor and manage inventories of camp equipment and supplies.
• Assist with emergency preparedness by ensuring emergency gear is operational and readily available.

Health & Safety Responsibilities

• Enforce all company safety policies and accommodation procedures rigorously.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Promptly report all incidents, unsafe conditions, and near misses.
• Guarantee that fire safety tools, emergency exits, and evacuation paths are unobstructed and compliant with safety standards.
• Foster a safety-first culture among camp residents by promoting awareness and adherence to established procedures.
• Work alongside the HSE team to maintain compliance with company and governmental safety regulations.

Candidate Profile

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience as a Camp Boss or Camp Supervisor within the GCC region.
• Preferably experienced in managing accommodations for 200 or more workers.
• Knowledge of waste management, facilities management, construction, logistics, or similar sectors involving blue-collar workforces is beneficial.
• Deep understanding of accommodation management, employee welfare, hygiene, and HSE requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while juggling multiple responsibilities.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and preparing reports.
