Camp Boss - Civil Construction

Job Overview

A leading civil construction company in Saudi Arabia specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial projects is seeking experienced Camp Boss professionals. This opportunity is specifically open to Indian candidates with engineering qualifications and relevant experience in the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily camp operations and activities efficiently.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure worker welfare.
• Coordinate logistics and manage supplies and resources for camp functioning.
• Lead and train the camp staff to maintain high standards of discipline and productivity.
• Handle budget management and plan activities related to personnel and camp management.
• Effectively resolve conflicts and sustain smooth communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Provide basic first aid and emergency response when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a regular BE/B.Tech or Diploma degree, preferably in Engineering or related fields.
• Have 5 to 8 years of experience in civil construction companies, especially with Gulf region experience highly preferred.
• Hold a valid Indian Light Vehicle Driving License.
• Demonstrate strong skills in team leadership, safety compliance, communication, and customer service.

Additional Information

• Salary: Negotiable and offered in Saudi Riyal (SAR) per annum.
• Ten vacancies available for this position.
• Shortlisting period: August 5th to August 10th, 2026.
• Final interviews will be conducted in Mumbai, India, during the following week.
