Job Overview
We are seeking a Call Center Executive to handle a substantial volume of incoming and outgoing calls from existing and potential customers interested in our services. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a large number of inbound and outbound calls concerning service inquiries and sales.
- Efficiently utilize the CRM system and other relevant portals to manage customer interactions.
- Employ fundamental sales techniques to identify customer requirements, gather information, and promote our services.
- Record customer details accurately and generate orders within the CRM system.
