Role Overview
The Cake Decorator plays a key role in enhancing customer experience through the creation and personalization of specialty bakery items. This position involves crafting visually appealing cake designs and assisting customers with product options, contributing to special occasions and celebrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service within the bakery department.
- Welcome customers warmly and assist with their needs.
- Decorate, ice, finish, and personalize specialty baked goods.
- Maintain high standards for department cleanliness, sanitation, inventory, product rotation, and presentation.
- Ensure product quality and availability at all times.
- Comply with display standards, including promotions and seasonal decorations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in cake decorating is considered an asset.
- Ability to quickly absorb new information and adapt.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong motivation and ability to collaborate as part of a team.

- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, with Sunday work required.
