Role Overview and Responsibilities

InProduction is seeking skilled individuals to assist in creating and designing solutions for prominent nationwide events. The ideal candidate will generate precise drawings from a comprehensive library of parts for internal sales staff, customers, building authorities, and technicians on-site. They will contribute to the company's growth by consistently producing high-quality work. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with team members to develop functional design solutions within set constraints
• Participating in design reviews and conducting site surveys
• Creating code-compliant drawings and technical specifications
• Managing project timelines to meet deadlines
• Reviewing and verifying drawings across various design modeling software formats
• Detailing drawings intended for manufacturing use

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience using AutoCAD
• Associate's degree or AutoCAD certification is preferred
• Experience in the entertainment and events sector (such as live events, sporting venues, theater) is advantageous
• Strong foundational skills in AutoCAD with ability to create detailed drawings
• Proficiency in dynamic blocks and expanding existing drawing libraries
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as 3DS Max is desirable
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, motivated, and collaborative team environment
• Competence in PC computing, Microsoft Office suite, Windows OS, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Willingness to work onsite at the office location
• The role requires successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an hourly wage ranging between $22 and $26, depending on experience.
