Role Overview

Joining as a Buyer for accessories, you will be integral in defining our product assortment and ensuring an appealing selection for customers. Your duties include securing, purchasing, and nurturing supplier partnerships to guarantee quality products, competitive costs, and appropriate stock. Coordination with merchandising, store, and planning teams is essential to make business-savvy choices that enhance sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct and implement purchasing strategies aligning with company goals, seasonal timelines, and sales objectives.
• Identify and select products that align with quality benchmarks, pricing parameters, and brand values.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers on terms, prices, and agreements to achieve optimal financial results.
• Oversee orders, timelines, and inventory distribution to maintain product availability while minimizing excessive stock and markdowns.
• Collaborate across merchandising, planning, and retail teams to develop product ranges and promotions.
• Evaluate sales figures, profit margins, and inventory data to guide purchasing choices and find growth opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market shifts to keep product offerings fresh and responsive.
• Establish and sustain strong supplier connections, ensuring adherence to ethical and quality standards.
• Assist in product launches, seasonal restocking, and promotional efforts to fulfill commercial plans.
