Currently, Homeday serves locations including Gurgaon and Patna, delivering essential support for home and health needs directly to customers. Role Overview

The Business Partner position is a full-time, onsite role based in Patna that may allow some remote work flexibility. The primary responsibility is to build and nurture relationships with service providers, uphold service quality, and ensure consistent service delivery. Daily duties include onboarding new partners, managing operational workflows, analyzing KPIs, and initiating programs to enhance partner involvement and customer experience. Collaboration with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and customer support is essential to optimize processes and support growth. The role also includes spotting local market opportunities, addressing partner concerns, and contributing to strategic planning and implementation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in business development, partner or account management in service-driven, marketplace, or platform businesses preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in handling performance data, KPIs, and operational reports
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with digital platforms, productivity tools like spreadsheets, presentations, and CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred; relevant experience may substitute formal education
• Fluency in English and local Patna languages with strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
• Previous experience in home or healthcare services or on-demand service sectors is advantageous
