Role Overview

We are seeking an early-stage sales professional with entrepreneurial spirit to join our EMEA Business Development team. As one of the initial team members, you will help shape our outbound sales strategies, influence future product features, and drive revenue growth while enjoying the process.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will focus on sourcing and qualifying new mid-market clients across the EMEA region. This position blends strategic sales initiatives with high-volume prospecting and provides a platform for career progression within the sales function.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain deep knowledge of Notion's platform and its competitive environment.
• Design and implement strategic outbound sales campaigns using personalized, multichannel messaging tailored to your market.
• Work collaboratively with marketing teams on regional campaign efforts.
• Adopt proven sales techniques to engage new business accounts.
• Maintain comprehensive and precise records in the CRM system.
• Contribute to the creation of sales playbooks and help define the sales approach.
• Take full ownership of pipeline generation strategies and tactics.
• Develop product expertise to prepare for an Account Executive role, including delivering demos targeted for varied customer profiles.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in both English and Polish at a business communication level.
• Ability to excel in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and cross-functional collaboration capability.
• A competitive drive paired with a cooperative, team-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in sales roles such as Account Executive, Sales Development, or Business Development.
• Documented achievements in meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to tailor customer narratives.
• Positive outlook with a willingness to embrace challenges and uncertainty.
• Curiosity about AI and readiness to leverage AI tools to improve work efficiency, though advanced AI expertise is not required.

Compensation and Benefits

Notion offers competitive salary packages, equity options, and benefits. The anticipated total earnings, including base salary and performance incentives, are approximately €70,000 annually. Compensation takes into account location, role complexity, and individual experience.
