Role Overview
We are searching for an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Manager to strengthen our Germany team, located in Frankfurt. This role focuses on broadening Soundbox's footprint within the construction, commercial interiors, and home furnishing sectors. The successful candidate will pinpoint new business prospects, nurture substantial client partnerships, and deliver bespoke acoustic and spatial solutions to enhance contemporary workplaces and living spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual objectives.
- Recognize market developments and customer requirements to offer tailored professional solutions.
- Handle customer queries efficiently, resolve issues swiftly, and uphold excellent client satisfaction.
- Establish and sustain robust relationships with distributors, designers, contractors, and final clients.
- Assist with project-related tasks including quotations, coordination, and ensuring projects reach successful completion.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Have at least 3 years of sales experience in construction, commercial interiors, furniture, architectural products, or building materials sectors.
- Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with clients, designers, engineers, and contractors.
- Have a proactive and goal-focused attitude combined with a strong ownership mentality and flexibility.
- Experience with key account management or project-based sales is advantageous though not mandatory.
