Business Analyst

About the Role

Maximus KSA, based in Riyadh, is seeking a knowledgeable Business Analyst to join their expanding Technology team. The organization partners with governments and various entities to deliver innovative solutions aimed at enhancing lives and community well-being. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document both business and functional requirements for digital and technological projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and conduct business process evaluations to gather thorough requirements.
• Prepare precise business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate current processes to identify areas where technology can drive improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and Quality Assurance teams throughout project delivery.
• Assist in backlog refinement and help prioritize requirements within product and delivery teams.
• Engage actively in Agile processes such as sprint planning, backlog refinement sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Collect and utilize feedback from stakeholders and end-users to foster continuous improvements.
• Maintain transparent communication and comprehensive documentation bridging business and technical teams.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven, digital transformation, or enterprise settings.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects related to digital platforms, CRM, ERP, or enterprise applications.
• Strong competency in requirements gathering and documentation practices.
• Proficient in developing user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with project goals.
• Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with roles like Product Managers, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and development teams.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, or Scrum are advantageous.
• Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English are mandatory.
