About the Role and Department

This position falls under the Brewery department at The GRID Kolkata and reports directly to the Head Brewer. It is a permanent role requiring dedicated performance and adherence to the HR policies laid out in the company manual.

Language Requirements

• Proficiency in Bengali language for speaking, reading, and writing.
• Proficiency in English language for speaking, reading, and writing.
• Hindi language skills are optional but beneficial.

Personal Characteristics

• Integrity, adaptability, enthusiasm, dependability, and a strong willingness to learn are essential traits.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Age range preferred between 22 to 30 years.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should have between six months to two years of prior experience working in demanding environments.
