Role Overview

We seek a Brand Trainer to deliver and facilitate training programs that develop the competencies of employees at all levels. This role aims to inspire pride and passion among staff, empowering them to effectively represent the Bacha Coffee brand. The trainer will also engage with corporate and private clients during training sessions, store openings, product launches, and other public events as a brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement all learning and development activities according to the Senior Trainer's guidance.
• Conduct professional facilitation of workshops in alignment with Bacha Coffee’s training curriculum and facilitator guides.
• Collect and act upon feedback from the Senior Trainer to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure consistent training standards for Corporate Sales partners matching those at the Coffee Institute.
• Manage multiple training duties simultaneously within Singapore locations, including the Coffee Institute and corporate clients.
• Evaluate the development of competencies using appropriate assessment tools after training sessions covering areas like brand experience, sales, service, management, supervision, and barista skills.
• Oversee training quality across operational areas and coach staff who do not meet facilitation standards.
• Request support when tasks exceed current competence or confidence levels.
• Propose new training topics and initiatives to further support operational success and employee growth.
• Engage actively with all employees by visiting workspaces regularly to provide support and gather feedback, reporting insights back to the Senior Trainer.
• Assist in developing and maintaining an effective tracking system for all learning activities.
• Record individual feedback for completed training programs.
• Assess learning needs and adapt instruction to achieve desired outcomes and meet learner requirements.
• Deliver training content, facilitate discussions, and address participant questions to ensure skill and knowledge transfer.
• Encourage continuous learning by offering ongoing feedback and learner support.
• Review curriculum effectiveness and suggest improvements through learner feedback and analysis of delivery methods and materials.
• Conduct on-the-job training sessions at Bacha Coffee locations both locally in Singapore and globally.

Performance Metrics

• Completion rates for mandatory and relevant training modules among employees.
• Measurement of knowledge retention following training sessions.
• Increase in the percentage of visitors converting to purchasers.
• Enhancement of customer satisfaction and loyalty indicators.
• Scores from unannounced compliance and service standard audits.
• Training return on investment demonstrated by improved overall sales figures.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Certified trainer qualification such as ACTA or ACLP.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in F&B, retail, or corporate learning and development, preferably within luxury goods sectors.
• Fluency in spoken and written English with excellent public speaking skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capacity to establish strong relationships at all organizational levels.
• Skilled in delivering effective presentations and executing structured training programs.
• Ability to work autonomously under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive, flexible, and collaborative team member.
• Willingness to travel out of town or overnight occasionally (approximately 10% of the time).
• Commitment to wearing the official Bacha Coffee uniform while on duty.
• Proficiency in a second language, such as Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, German, or French, is essential for training at subsidiaries and franchise partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing training materials or using Learning Management Systems.
• Enjoy working within a multicultural environment and interacting with diverse groups regularly.
