Role Overview

As the central creative force behind Withshepherd.com's brand and experiential marketing, you will oversee the comprehensive brand journey involving events, social media, and executive communications. Your mission is to craft distinctive and memorable experiences for brokers through exclusive, engaging events rather than typical industry gatherings. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will shape the perception of AI-powered insurance innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic event plans for industry conferences and proprietary programs, turning traditional field marketing into outstanding experiences for key distribution partners.
• Oversee executive social media narratives and company-wide content strategies, amplifying the brand's unique perspective with a strong and consistent visual and verbal style.
• Coordinate a diverse team of creative agencies and freelance professionals to generate high-quality video, website content, and broker-focused materials that surpass competitor benchmarks.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management, experiential marketing, or field marketing within fast-growing B2B, fintech, or upscale hospitality sectors, emphasizing attention to detail and ambiance.
• Demonstrated exceptional creative sensibility with proficiency managing large-scale budgets and complex events from concept to flawless delivery.
• Comfortable operating in AI-enabled environments using modern tools like Figma, maintaining composure under pressure, and adapting to dynamic priorities.

Location

This position is based onsite in key U.S. hubs: New York and San Francisco.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range between $150,000 and $200,000 annually, coupled with equity participation in the company.
