Brand and Creative Designer (APAC Remote)

Position Overview

We seek a visionary Brand and Creative Designer to enhance and evolve 0G's visual brand identity. As the brand guardian, you will transform complex technological concepts into visually compelling and approachable designs. This role requires bridging product development, community engagement, and marketing to maintain a consistent narrative across all platforms — from detailed UI dashboards to dynamic interactions on Discord.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across teams and with external partners.
• Create impactful marketing materials including static images, motion graphics, and videos tailored for a Web3-savvy audience.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design intuitive and visually appealing UI for decentralized applications and analytical dashboards.
• Design engaging gamified content, competition visuals, and interactive social media assets that boost community retention and excitement.

Candidate Profile

• Strong foundation in graphic design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout; proficient with tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment managing multiple projects while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines; adept at incorporating feedback and iterating rapidly.
• Excellent collaborator capable of synthesizing diverse stakeholder input into unified and compelling designs that support both product and community objectives.
• Experience using AI-driven creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Firefly) to accelerate ideation, generate variations, and enhance video and texture production while preserving quality.
• Expertise in the entire video production process including storyboarding, editing, motion graphics, and sound design to deliver polished reels, tutorials, and event highlights.
• Preference given to candidates with a strong understanding of the Web3 space, blockchain culture, or NFT ecosystems.
