Role Overview
As a Branch Manager at Ascend Bizcap based in Bikaner, Rajasthan, you will oversee the sales and collection functions within the designated branch. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales and collections activities at the branch to achieve business goals.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with EV OEMs and local dealerships in the assigned region.
- Ensure that the branch consistently meets its sales and collection targets.
- Recruit and train new team members to build a capable workforce.
- Generate and submit daily performance reports and Management Information System (MIS) data.
- Collect and incorporate customer feedback regularly to enhance satisfaction levels.
