BPO Telecaller - Collections / Recovery at Kothrud, Pune

Job Overview

This role involves outbound and inbound communication with customers to facilitate payment collections and manage outstanding dues. The position is based in Karishma Chowk, Kothrud, Pune, and offers opportunities for freshers and experienced candidates who have passed HSC.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to address and recover payments effectively.
• Diligently pursue overdue payments and maintain accurate customer payment records.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education qualification of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) pass.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience in similar roles.
• Proficient verbal communication skills in Marathi and Hindi are essential; basic English communication is required.

Compensation and Schedule

• Monthly salary ranges from 11,000 to 16,000 INR, supplemented by appealing incentive schemes.
• Work hours are fixed from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Weekly off on Sundays.
