Role Overview

The Bio Printing Operator position is a full-time role requiring on-site presence in Coimbatore. The individual will manage and operate bio printing equipment involved in crafting packaging for reusable food containers, ensuring precise and uniform print quality. Key duties include machine setup, material preparation, printer adjustment, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting. The operator will also oversee print production timelines, monitor output quality, collaborate with production teams for seamless operations, inspect final products, document procedures, and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Set up and operate bio printing machines accurately.
• Load required materials for printing processes.
• Adjust and optimize printer settings according to material and design needs.
• Conduct routine maintenance and resolve basic printer issues.
• Monitor print production schedules to meet quality and efficiency targets.
• Inspect printed products to ensure they comply with quality requirements.
• Maintain detailed production records and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to support smooth workflows.
• Follow prescribed safety and quality control procedures diligently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in printer support including equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of print production and printing methods within manufacturing or packaging contexts.
• Experience with bindery operations and post-print finishing tasks is advantageous.
• Familiar with inkjet printing technologies and optimizing print parameters.
• Strong attention to detail focused on print quality verification.
• Basic technical or vocational training related to printing, packaging, or mechanical fields is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore and adhere to safety standards.
• Prior exposure to manufacturing or packaging operations preferred.
