About the Company and Role
Rollmops-Logistik GmbH is a corporate group based in Berlin Marzahn that manages rental and leasing of properties and buildings. We are currently looking for a Construction Helper to join our team at the earliest opportunity. This role supports the maintenance, care, and upkeep of our assets.
Key Duties
- Perform a variety of general construction assistant tasks.
- Inspect technical installations to ensure proper condition.
- Carry out maintenance and repair work.
- Assist the caretaker with upkeep, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Fulfill required documentation tasks for work performed.
- Verify traffic and site safety measures.
- Maintain garden and outdoor spaces.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a trade or equivalent qualifications and/or relevant professional experience is desirable.
- Strong technical understanding and manual skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in an organized manner.
- Polite demeanor and strong communication skills.
- High dedication to service and customer orientation.
