Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service that fosters meaningful connections with customers and team members.
• Prepare beverages and food items accurately and to Starbucks quality standards, including customized orders.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly and ensure store safety at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to support smooth operations.
• Adapt to various store tasks and responsibilities as required during shifts.

Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience necessary; we welcome applicants eager to learn and grow.
• Fluency in French (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory for effective communication.
• Consistent punctuality and attendance, with flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to quickly grasp instructions and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with a focus on collaboration and relationship building.
