Role Overview
We are seeking a Barista and Drinks Specialist passionate about crafting exceptional coffee, as well as mixing sparkling drinks, homemade lemonades, and signature beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare premium coffee and espresso drinks with dedication and precision.
- Mix Spritz-style cocktails, homemade lemonades, and innovative non-alcoholic beverages.
- Ensure smooth bar operations and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Enjoy creating new recipes and contribute to shaping the drinks menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Collaborate closely with the service team to guarantee excellent guest care.
Candidate Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or bartender is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong enthusiasm for coffee, drinks, and delivering excellent service.
- Creativity and eagerness to explore new recipes and flavor combinations.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to work.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing guests with an exceptional experience.
