About the role

What you'll do

- Assist customers in person with their banking needs in a friendly and professional way.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other standard banking transactions.
- Handle account queries and provide guidance on digital banking services.
- Keep records accurate and follow bank procedures, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Look for opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Hours and contract
This is a fixed-term full-time position. Working hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, for a total of 40 hours per week. The contract continues until April 2027.
