Role Overview
We are seeking a diligent Back Office Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, handling spare parts logistics, processing customer and service orders, collaborating with suppliers, and preparing invoices and inventory reports.
Key Duties
- Oversee and maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels.
- Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts efficiently.
- Process customer and service orders promptly and accurately.
- Liaise and coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare detailed invoices and regular inventory reports for management.
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 INR.
