Role Overview

We seek an experienced construction professional prepared to advance into a leadership role. The Assistant Site Supervisor position acts as an apprenticeship, supporting site supervisors and field staff to coordinate daily activities on multiple commercial construction projects while developing leadership skills necessary for future independent project management. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across several construction sites.
• Assist site supervisors and workers in maintaining organization and adhering to schedules.
• Help with tracking employee time and coordinating workforce deployment.
• Manage project timelines, set site priorities, and organize daily tasks.
• Engage in communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Participate and represent the company in site meetings.
• Support project initiation and site mobilization processes.
• Facilitate material procurement, ordering, and delivery scheduling.
• Assist in warehouse management including inventory control.
• Coordinate usage and maintenance of company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections to uphold company standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of four to six years of practical construction experience.
• Preferably skilled in carpentry, framing, or drywall work.
