About the Role
As an Assistant Project & Service Manager, you will oversee the timely execution of projects and provide essential support to your team. Your duties will range from managing project installations to maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are completed within the designated timeline.
- Conduct site surveys and visits to assess requirements.
- Manage installation processes and program configurations to implement projects successfully.
- Maintain accurate documentation for both projects and services.
- Provide guidance and ongoing support to team members when necessary.
- Engage in customer relationship management to ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to uphold service quality.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors involved in project execution.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on project status and progress.
