Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients to surpass client satisfaction.
- Prepare and review Form 1040, the US individual tax return form, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Examine supporting documents thoroughly, identify any discrepancies, and collect outstanding information when needed.
- Enter data appropriately into Form 1040 and apply knowledge of tax computations accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory; typically candidates hold finance or tax specializations, though candidates from technical backgrounds like B.Tech with US tax training are also considered.
- Experience or training in US tax return preparation and review, particularly Form 1040, is expected unless the candidate is a fresh graduate.
- Professional credentials such as Enrolled Agent or CPA with relevant US tax education are advantageous and may correspond with more senior roles.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to effectively work within teams and with clients.
- Persistence and persuasive skills to manage client interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborative team player capable of supporting and contributing to team objectives.

Open to any graduate possessing the required skills and interest in US taxation.
