Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations across the restaurant, pool, and nightlife areas.
• Lead and motivate department heads and front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences consistently.
• Ensure perfect adherence to service standards during high-traffic lunch, dinner, and evening operations.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor to drive guest satisfaction and foster relationships with VIPs and returning customers.
• Collaborate closely with teams in Reservations, Guest Relations, Entertainment, Kitchen, Bar, and Marketing to guarantee smooth operations.
• Oversee sales figures, labor expenses, productivity metrics, and operational KPIs to enhance profitability.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to managers through ongoing feedback, evaluations, and succession planning initiatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and brand guidelines.
• Address guest issues professionally while upholding exemplary hospitality standards.
• Support the General Manager in meeting business, operational, and financial goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager in luxury lifestyle dining or nightlife environments.
• Demonstrated capability managing high-volume operations while preserving top-tier service quality.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop diverse, multicultural teams.
• Commercially savvy with a firm grasp of profit and loss management, labor control, and revenue maximization.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury service protocols and VIP guest handling.
• Experience in entertainment-focused settings including DJs, live shows, and event-driven venues is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
• Previous international experience in lifestyle dining or nightlife sectors is highly valued.
